1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Mortar CRM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Description of Service
Mortar CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for local builders and the construction industry. The Service includes tools for managing companies, pipelines, projects, activities, and team collaboration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Mortar CRM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mortar CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where possible, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
